Background

Alex Useche is a Venezuelan-American composer based in Southern California. His music blends dark ambient and post-rock with electronic and acoustic instruments. Alex’s work is deeply influenced by his cultural roots as well as by composers such as Bobby Krlic, Gustavo Santaolalla, and Atticus Ross. His compositions offer cinematic soundscapes that resonate with emotion and intensity.

Alex holds a master’s degree in Music Technology from Southern Utah University and icurrently a student in the Master of Music in Film Scoring program at Berklee Online. His compositions blend South American folk, alternative, and ambient genres with orchestral elements to create a distinctive and expressive sound.
